Why has no-one I speak to ever heard of Teresa Tapp?

I do fifteen minutes workout in my bedroom, costs me pennies, I weigh the same as I did in my twenties (and believe me, that’s a looooong time ago) and I can outpace men on a stiff walk to catch a plane at the very farthest gate!

Gym memberships are expensive and time consuming, plus I find them boring. 

T-Tapp has it all for me.

Precise, tough, focused.

I love the fact  she worked with models in the fashion industry. I love her insights about body shape.

And I love the fact that once a year she has a contest to get me motivated and in even better shape.

I personally love T-tapp. It’s great because people with physical disabilities can do it, too. T-tapp has a program called MORE (more candles on the birthday cake, more pounds to lose, more health problems), and it still gives a good workout while rehabilitating the body. I have lost more weight on this than when I was healthy and going to the gym, working out for over an hour each day!

Thanks for commenting. MORE is the one aspect of the program I haven’t done so it’s great to hear about your experience. It’s just so amazing to me that we can do so little in such a short period of time with T-Tapp.

I found T-Tapp through a back door search from a link on facebook. I was so excited about what I read I ordered the book that same day. That was the first week of March and as of last Sunday I am down 29 inches. I don’t use the scale so I am not sure if I have lost pounds, but that is just a number and I will take inch loss over a number any day. I now do Tempo Intermediate every other day and just this past week have added 4-6 sets of Hoe Downs a day. I am 53 and I feel fabulous since I found T-Tapp.

Hello Alison,
Great idea you have to let more people know about T-Tapp. It’s different than all other programs because this one works in many ways, many directions we could not expect at first. It gives more confidence and brings up the lovely endorphins to make the T-Tappers smile after a workout!

T-Tapp has many different workouts, adapted to all needs and the Office really exists and you actually can speak with real PEOPLE! The women are like a sisterhood on the Forum that Teresa started few years ago and you can have all your answers there as many trainers come and “give”.

Great products, wonderful President in Teresa herself and a super forum for all. What else to ask to get in a better shape?! just say YES YOU CAN !

Hi Alison!

Thank you for blogging your consistent success with T-tapp! It is very encouraging to me since I am at the beginning of my journey. I often wonder about people who found Teresa years before me and if it is STILL working for them! I found T-tapp by complaining on a large family board that with every baby I have, I am just getting bigger and bigger, even though I SERIOUSLY don’t pack the food in. I have NEVER eaten after dinner, I don’t like sweets, and with 6 children, I often forget to eat all together! It just didn’t make sense to me that I was gaining, and that no matter HOW much I walked or Taebo’d, I wasn’t losing ANYTHING. (And, I mean n.o.t.h.i.n.g.)

I am SOLD on T-tapp! I lost nearly 20 inches during my two week bootcamp and yesterday, I had a great time standing in my closet trying on some clothes I haven’t worn in a couple of YEARS! 🙂

I’m like you…WHY don’t we hear more about Teresa Tapp? She’s got to be the BEST kept secret!

Wow, you go girl! TWENTY inches, SIX kids, I’m exhausted just writing that 🙂 I started TTapp in August 2005 and I’m still doing it. I’m 25lbs less than I was when I started am a long torso/short leg so put my weight on my hips and thighs and yet when I’m at my goal weight I look totally streamlined, shoulders and hips are equal. The best bit is that now, fifteen minutes a day is all I need to maintain my fitness. I love that! Thanks for commenting.

I found T-Tapp 3 years ago by accident but started and have never looked back. When I watched the T-Tapp seminar, everything Teresa Tapp was saying just made so much sense and really clicked for me. I’ve consistently lost inches throughout these years.

It’s true what they say about consistency being the key. And not overtraining. I can be terrible at that in lots of areas – start off like a crazy woman, then give up but I’ve learned that a little and often is the key. Thanks for commenting, Lucy!

T-Tapp IS the best kept secret even though a lot of us are trying to make it NOT a secret. Thanks for this blog!

I love T-Tapp. Prior to T-Tapp I had problems with my knees and was destined for knee surgery. I no longer have knee issues and I’ve only been T-Tapping for 9 months. T-Tapp heals from the inside out. It’s like my body craves the workout. And who seriously can not find 15 minutes a day to do something so very good for themselves?

The variety of workouts available are vast and there’s something for everyone. My personal favorite is the Ladybug Workout. I am pre-menopausal and it was designed with me in mind!

Great post, Alison! I found T-Tapp 3 years ago, and have went from a 22W to a size 8! 160+ inches–but only 38 pounds!

I love it because as a busy mama of 9, I can work out in less than half an hour, get results, not wear myself out, and get on with my life! Honestly, 80% of my workouts have been shorter ones like Basic Plus, Step Away the Inches and my favorite–MORE!

Even better are the health and stamina benefits, the biggest one being a lump under my armpit that totally disappeared! Is T-Tapp really that lymphatic?! You betcha!

Oh, and looking younger is a nice part of the package, too! Last fall I got several comments that I looked like my oldest daughter’s sister! And she’s 23! 🙂

So let’s see–inch and size loss, not a huge time or money investment, better health and stamina, looking younger….yes, it’s a STEAL of a deal!
